I find that the more I slow down to take in the beauty of the natural world around me, the more content and at peace with myself I become. Spending time with nature does not have to wait til I am in vacation, it's a daily lifestyle.

this amazing bird, and the other wildlife around La Jolla makes the time go by so quickly.
I thought of saying "wow" but I think even that would be an understatement here, dear betchai. That picture is so beautiful but your words accompanying it are ever so much more! I am lost in the surrealistic beauty, thanks for sharing.
I always love your pictures of the ocean. Where else can you see peace and ferocity and feel so good?
