The Summer That Was

Twitter
La Jolla Shores Beach, San Diego, CA
Time flies so fast when you are having fun. Like the sea gulls above,  I believe time flies so fast for them chasing the fish in the sea. Like them, I was too. However, before I knew it, summer said goodbye. Maybe, I will get to play with the waves and the sea life again, next summer.
Anemones, check out my sea star and anemone post
Sea Stars, check my previous post, "Star Fish: Strength in Numbers"
I thought I saw a standing fish :) haha
The summer that has just passed I must say is our longest summer enjoying the sea, and maybe the longest time where we have not done any hiking. It sure was fun, one of my best summers. Though San Diego weather is very nice year round I must say, averaging 60s-70s year round, but the water temperature does get colder, that we finally are saying hi now to more hiking in and around San Diego
