Glucosamine Is The Key To Joint Wellbeing


The office staff were recently given a talk on ‘ Health and Care ‘ by the medical officer from the local hospital.  We were given an outline what health and care if all about.  One of the topic is how to prevent joint pain as we grow older.  As we grow older by the day, we become less efficient at renewing our connective tissue and one way to help the rebuilding of connective tissues around  our joints, tendons, ligaments and cartilage.  These tissues are continuously being formed and reformed during normal everyday activity.  And the only way to care for our joints is  to increase our intake of glucosamine in our daily intake, unfortunately very small amount is found in our food. 

Thus, it is best to increase our glucosamine in pill form , which is made from natural occurring ingredients like omega 3 found in cod liver oil and fish oil, and glucosamine and chondroitin. All these natural occurring ingredients are scientifically develop unique formulas that will fit in with our everyday joint care routine.  At the end of the talk, we are now convinced that increasing glucosamine intake will help keep the elbows, hips, knees and ankles happy and healthy.
