Ringtones For iPhone and Some Common Things to Remember For an Extreme Day Hike

Thanks to Nice for sharing her thoughts on hiking.

Hiking is one of the best exercises that a person could have and just like any other form of exercises it needs ample preparation. If you’re planning to have one, make sure that few weeks before the event, you’ve jogged a few times to gain stamina. You won’t be jogging when you hike, but when your body gets used to jog for quite some time, your hiking activity would be easier to accomplish. To engage into hiking right then and there because your body might not be able to adjust immediately and you’ll just end up exhausted and stressed out.

One thing to take note for an extreme day hike would be the type of clothing you’re going to use. It would actually depend on the season and make it a point to groom as light as possible most especially during summer. Always remember that the heavier you are, the more difficult it is to move. Of course the case would be different if it’s winter because you really need to thicken up to fight the extreme cold.

Bear in mind that hiking is not a race like marathons. Choose a slower pace with lesser stops compared to speeding up and have several rest stops. Previous jogging activities can help a lot. Checking your watch often is also another way of influencing yourself to go faster that’s why refrain from doing it. To divert your attention, listen to the latest ringtones for iphone in which you can simply download over iTunes app for free.

Lastly, keep yourself hydrated. Dehydration is one of the most common reasons for a hiker to lose consciousness along the way. Study your trail and make sure that there will be water resources along the way or better yet carry an ample amount as you do the activity. Common hiking areas are far from health institutions so it would best to be prepared.
